CNN and Century 21 Real Estate Form Marketing Partnership
CNN’s advertising division has come to a one-year agreement Century 21 Real Estate, as part of a marketing partnership that involves both television and internet-based content licensing opportunities.
The deal will make Century 21 the exclusive sponsor of CNN’s Open House, a half-hour show about residential real estate issues, which airs on Saturday mornings.
Century 21 will also get some advertising real estate on “Top Five Real Estate Tips” and “Home Front,” which run at various times throughout the week on all of CNN’s channels.
For its part of the deal, Century 21 will offer streaming clips from Open House on its online messaging platform, and give its pool of 143,000 Realtors the ability to customize their business websites with relevant news stories from CNNMoney.com.
