Hot New Property in Dubai
Another huge high-rise being planned for the City of Arabia development in Dubai is set to be unveiled at the International Property Show this week.
The 45-story Metro Tower will include 16 floors of commercial offices, and 264 residential units, ranging from stylish studios to glamorous penthouses. Eight levels of underground parking and a luxurious clubhouse will be provided for those occupying the building.
With its planned location just 200 meters from the nearest COA Monorail Station, this new luxury high-rise will be well interconnected with the rest of the city, and allow easy residents to easily get to the Mall of Arabia and other nearby attractions.
